Social networking giant Facebook (FB) can be used to tackle campus emergencies like shootings, accidents, robberies or assaults, a study reveals. Since students stay connected to FB most of the time, it’s easy to alert them about such campus violence that has amplified in the last couple of decades.
Though TV channel or campus radio is there but they are not free from limitations. Facebook users can get instant notifications on their smartphones or mobile devices to stay safe and alert.
